Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tendorashop.shop(the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site.

Universal Nexus LLC, doing business as Tendora Shop ("Tendora," "we," "us," or "our"), provides access to the Site subject to your agreement to these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or submitting information through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms are intended to apply to customers purchasing products in the United Kingdom and are subject to applicable UK consumer protection laws and regulations.

1. Overview and Hosting Platform

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to display, sell, and process transactions for our products.

By interacting with our store, you acknowledge that certain transaction and technical data may be processed through Shopify's infrastructure and our payment-processing providers in accordance with their applicable terms, privacy practices, and data-processing arrangements.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law.

If you are under 18, you should only use the Site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

We reserve the right to decline service or cancel orders where permitted by applicable law and these Terms.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability displayed on the Site are accurate.

However, actual product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, monitor, browser, or display settings.

If we discover an error in a product description, specification, availability, or price, we reserve the right to correct the information.

If an error affects an order that you have already placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and, where appropriate, provide you with the option to cancel the affected order and receive a refund.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

4. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After you place an order, we will normally send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
  • we are unable to fulfil the order; or
  • required by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with you.

For consumers, statutory cancellation rights and consumer rights apply as described in these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Where applicable, prices will include VAT and other taxes required by UK law. Any additional delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

The total price payable by you will be shown before you place your order.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept major credit and debit card payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, subject to availability through our payment processors.

Transaction Security:

Payment transactions are processed using industry-standard security measures through Shopify Payments and/or our third-party payment-processing partners.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We will provide information about available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable delivery charges before you complete your order.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, goods will generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the date the contract is entered into, subject to applicable law.

If a different delivery period has been agreed with you, that agreed period will apply.

For complete information regarding delivery methods, costs, estimated delivery times, and delivery restrictions, please see our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

For most products purchased online by UK consumers, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

If you exercise your cancellation right, you may be responsible for returning the goods and, where legally permitted, the direct cost of returning them.

We will process eligible refunds in accordance with applicable UK law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies, including certain personalized, made-to-order, sealed, or otherwise exempt goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your legal rights regarding goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. UK consumers have statutory rights concerning these matters.
